Refund policy

We have a conditional 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an approval for a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you must email us via our website contact page with information regarding the item(s) purchased and the reason you are requesting a return. Once you receive an approved-return email from us, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and include your receipt or proof of purchase. . You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 16302 Congo Lane, Jersey Village, Texas 77040.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged from shipping or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or clearance items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to ensure it meets the conditions of return. If the item does not meet return conditions, we will email you to let you know. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
