Belle Histoire De La Vie is a passion project intended to bring value to our customers and have a positive impact through the repurpose and reuse of our pre-owned products. Excellent service is a priority. However, we also have demanding careers, just like so many of you. We will do everything possible to expedite your order, as we are excited to get your purchase to you! Please be patient with us if it takes a few days to get your item shipped.

We will ship your package through a reliable carrier only (USPS, UPS, FedEx), but we have no control of your package once we ship. Please leave clear, reasonable instructions at checkout for the delivery service.

Return shipping costs (if your return is approved per our Return Policy) are at the customer's expense.
